FEES
The fee for your Endo Asleep treatment will depend on the extent of care and the level of sedation required. During your consultation, we will review the treatment plan, the type of sedation to be used, and the estimated costs. Endo Asleep procedures generally range from $1,200 to $2,500 depending on the complexity of the case. It is our policy that your care is paid for at the time of service. Because of the specialized nature of sedation endodontics and the additional resources required, we are unable to accept insurance as direct payment. However, we will provide you with all necessary documentation so you may submit a claim to your insurance carrier for potential reimbursement.
SCHEDULING
Appointments for Endo Asleep procedures are carefully scheduled to ensure that adequate time, staff, and resources are available for your comfort and safety. To reserve your time, a deposit may be required when booking your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total treatment fee.
CANCELLATIONS
Due to the extensive preparation required for Endo Asleep treatments, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 72 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, and deposits may be non-refundable in these cases.
PATIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Patients undergoing Endo Asleep treatment must follow all preoperative and postoperative instructions provided by our office. You must arrange for a responsible adult to accompany you to and from the appointment, as you will not be permitted to drive following sedation. Failure to follow these requirements may result in rescheduling of your treatment.
